1. Acceptance of the Conditions
By using Bulldog (hereinafter referred to as “the Service”), you agree to be bound by these terms of use (hereinafter referred to as “Terms”). If you do not agree to the terms stated here, you must not use the Service.
2. Description of the Service
Bulldog allows users (hereinafter referred to as “Users”) to connect their TikTok, Instagram, and Discord accounts (hereinafter referred to as “Social Media Platforms”) in order to collect points each time they post a message on these networks. The Service automatically detects the posting of messages by Users on Social Media Platforms and assigns points accordingly.
3. Registration and Account
To use the Service, Users must create an account and provide certain personal information. Users undertake to provide accurate information and to maintain the security of their account.
4. Confidentiality and Use of Data
Bulldog accesses Users’ posting information on the Social Media Platforms solely for the purpose of awarding points for posting activities. Bulldog undertakes not to disclose this information to third parties without the explicit consent of the User, except in cases required by law or in accordance with French law.
5. Access Rights
Users grant Bulldog the right to access their accounts on the Social Media Platforms for the specific purpose of detecting and recording posting activities for the awarding of points. This right is limited to the activity necessary to provide the Service and does not include any right to modify or access other personal information.
6. User Obligations
Users agree not to use the Service for illegal activities or to post content that is inappropriate, offensive, or violates the rights of others. Users are responsible for compliance with the conditions of use of the connected Social Media Platforms.
7. Modification and Termination
Bulldog reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. In the event of termination, Bulldog’s access rights to User accounts on the Social Media Platforms will be immediately revoked.
8. Limitation of Liability
Bulldog will not be liable for any damages resulting from the use or inability to use the Service, including but not limited to damages for loss of profits, data or other intangible losses, to the extent permitted by French law.
9. Applicable Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of France, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any dispute relating to these Conditions will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the French courts.
